Our Journey of Care Through the Years
Our practice was established in 1998 to provide comprehensive medical care to all patients, from infancy to advanced age. We pride ourselves in having several generations of many families coming to us for their care. We love to see our families grow with us! Our clinicians and staff members were chosen specifically for their knowledge base, clinical skills, compassion and love of serving others. Dr. Katelin Haley and Dr. Lisa Bartels are board certified in family board certified in family medicine with a focus on individualized and patient-centered primary care. Our Physician Assistants collaborate closely on the care of our community and follow a physician-led team based approach to care.
